With 10+ years of training experience, Mike has put his energy into helping people look great and feel better about themselves. Bringing a bodybuilding style training to the table and specializing in total body transformations and nutrition, his passion is to help people achieve the best version of themselves!
Will Mitchell brings more than 15 years of leadership, coaching, and customer service experience to the Brikhouse team. Prior to joining Brikhouse, he held regional leadership positions with Whole Foods Market and later managed a wellness and recovery studio in Oregon. His passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life led him to the fitness industry. At Brikhouse, Will supports members of all ages and fitness levels while helping oversee daily operations and youth fitness programming. He is currently pursuing certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
Hi! I’m Brandy, and fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine since I joined the United States Air Force at 18 years old. During my time in the military, I developed a love for strength training and had the opportunity to teach kickboxing classes on base. Since then, I’ve worked as a personal trainer and proudly owned No Boundaries Fitness, where I helped people build strength, improve endurance, and discover what they’re truly capable of. Outside the gym, I spent 13 years as a nurse, giving me a unique understanding of the human body, health, and the importance of movement. Today, you’ll usually find me lifting weights, tackling ultra marathons, running technical trail races, or competing in Spartan events. I believe fitness isn’t about being perfect—it’s about becoming stronger, more confident, and pushing beyond the limits you once thought you had. I’m excited to be leading classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 a.m. My goal is to create a challenging, supportive, and fun environment where everyone can succeed.
