Her goal is for her clients to build lifelong habits and find themselves through fitness. Whatever your fitness needs are, she aspires to inspire you to get there!
Peggy has a passion for maintaining peak levels of fitness and has been helping others do so as a Personal Trainer for the last 15 years. She enjoys pushing her clients beyond what they could ever imagine accomplishing. "The only limits are the ones you set for yourself!"
With 8 years certified experience, Wayne focuses on introduction to exercise and senior wellness (including rehabilitative exercise). He also enjoys promoting team exercise, obstacle course preparation, and combining exercise disciplines.
