  • "I joined Brikhouse after my pregnancies to finish what I started. I had healthy pregnancies but had gained some weight back during pregnancy. As of today, I have lost a total of 177 lbs and am doing things I never imagined I would do. I attend Wayne’s strength classes Monday-Friday. He pushes our group so hard and is so supportive of each person who is a part of it. We are training for mud-runs and 5Ks, things that would’ve never crossed my mind just a few years ago.     "I have been working with Todd at Brikhouse for approximately 3 months. Although I had an extensive athletic background, I had gained around 50 pounds of unhealthy weight. Todd is the first personal trainer I have ever worked with. His approach throughout the entire process has been one of instruction and clarity. He always gives clear instruction and reasoning behind everything you do. He has helped me completely change my diet and eating habits. He has clearly explained the reasons and science behind each change and recommendation. In the workouts he clearly explains how to do everything safely and properly, while explaining the reason we do it. In the 3 months we’ve worked, I am already 25 pounds down. My BMI is much healthier (from 33.6 to 28.9). I can’t say enough about how well Todd has done in helping me improve my overall wellness.   • I joined Brikhouse about 2 1/2 years ago after being inactive for sometime. I started in Silver Sneakers and after 3 months moved onto Wayne's Strength Training Class. I am now working out 5 days a week at the gym, 3 days strength training, 2 days dance fitness & various other cardio workouts such as boxing, rowing & the stair climber. Thanks to Peggy & Wayne's encouragement I am doing things I never imagined I could do. The personal attention you get at Brikhouse is above & beyond any of the chains gyms, they are a family and truly care about their members.
    I am 64 years old and have lost 49 lbs so far, I feel better now than I did at 50. After my recent visit to the heart doctor he was so pleased with my progress he took me off my heart medication, that's a big win for me. Thank you Brikhouse!!

  • I started in Wayne’s everyday strength morning classes. After attending a few of those I decided I needed more one on one attention as I needed help with even the basics of proper body mechanics. I reached out to him and began training with him 3 days a week. I’ve learned so much. The most important thing is it’s not just about the number on the scale. There are so many other ways to measure your success. I am now doing things I never dreamed I would do. I had set a goal of running an obstacle course race by the time I was 35 which made it a 2 year goal. Wayne got me in my first one within 6 months of starting with him. I’ve done 3 races so far with a 4th one planned for next month! Everyone I have encountered on this journey be it through a class, a race or just coming up there on my own to workout have been so kind and supportive. You truly build a bond with those you go through a struggle with. Wayne, Peggy and all the trainers and staff here are ready to meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. I can assure you I started from the very bottom.

    In the Fall of 2019 I left Las Vegas to start my life over. I had no confidence, just divorced, no job, and was very uncomfortable with my body. I joined Brikhouse early 2020 and started my weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes. At first it was just about a little cardio and a little diet changes to ensure this would stick long term. When everything shut down and I couldn’t work out at the brik, it made me sad and I still wanted to do something. I worked out what I could from home and when things opened up I had a few new goals in mind. I never thought I’d be in heels walking on a stage, but here we are 2 1/2 years later ready to inspire anyone else out there that your body is yours and what you can do to it starts with your mind.

Kaytee took on her own body transformation before getting certified to help others achieve their fitness goals. She has a passion for powerlifting, bodybuilding and functional fitness. Her goal is for her clients to build lifelong habits and find themselves through fitness. Whatever your fitness needs are, she aspires to inspire you to get there!

Peggy Eberhart

A.S.F. Certified Personal Trainer

Peggy has a passion for maintaining peak levels of fitness and has been helping others do so as a Personal Trainer for the last 15 years. She enjoys pushing her clients beyond what they could ever imagine accomplishing. "The only limits are the ones you set for yourself!"

Wayne Henline

AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor

With 8 years certified experience, Wayne focuses on introduction to exercise and senior wellness (including rehabilitative exercise). He also enjoys promoting team exercise, obstacle course preparation, and combining exercise disciplines.
